Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the US.
When will my order ship?
All items our custom made in our studio and require a 2-3 day processing time. Your order will ship within 2-7 business days from order being placed. Orders placed in November and December may take up to 5-7 business days to ship due to volume.
How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Please reach out if you have questions after placing your order.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted with the buyer responsible for paying return shipping costs. Reach out to ellen@thefairywell.com if you need help.
