How Does It Work?

  1. Choose your subscription – One letter, or 3/6/12 months at a discount. Enter the child's name and address at checkout so the fairies know where to find them.
  2. A new fairy letter arrives monthly – Mailed on the 20th, straight to the recipient's mailbox

What age is Fairy Mail best for?

We recommend ages 4–12, but older kids and fairy-loving grown-ups enjoy it too!

Can I gift this subscription?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. Let them know it's on its way, or keep it a surprise!

When will the letter arrive?

The letters are mailed on the 20th of each month. The fairies mail from the West Coast, so delivery times vary based on your location. We currently only ship to US addresses.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes. All orders auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. All orders automatically cancel after 24 months. You can manage your subscription in your customer account at the top-right of your screen.

Can I just try one letter?

Absolutely. You can purchase a fairy letter as a one time delivery, or you can subscribe for up to 15% discount!

We want Fairy Mail to be pure joy. If your child isn’t excited after their first letter, just email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll refund you—no returns needed. Keep the letter and the magic.
